Stag/Biking weekend

Hi gents, as some of you are aware I'm due to tie the knot next year, and I have been thinking about doing a bike weekend somewhere in the uk, booking a hotel for Friday and Saturday night, it would be either April 3rd-5th or 10th-12th,
All of you are invited and where should we go? I would like all your help on places to stay or go, the aim is to book the hotel/hostel/log cabin or even tent and go on ride outs from there over the two days.

Only thing wrong with that time of year is the weather Tony, sounds a hoot though.

Weather was my only concern too and hence the hotel as an option istead of just camping, i did mention to paddy a trip on the bikes maybe in the north of france or something similar but its the cost incurred for all which put that idea out the window.
